Project Description
Architectural Competition for the construction of a new Environmental Information Center in Cape Greco, Famagusta. The proposal is a design of a system that feels and acts in its environment. It is a symmetrical building with the main idea of a leaf in the floor plan, which is developed in three dimensions in an asymmetrical form. The roof is converted into a planted roof and becomes one of the important parameters of the solution.

Αρχιτεκτονικός Διαγωνισμός ανέγερσης νέου Κέντρου Περιβαλλοντικής Ενημέρωσης στο Κάβο Γκρέκο, Αμμόχωστος. Η πρόταση αποτελεί σύνθεση ενός συστήματος το οποίο αισθάνεται και ενεργεί μέσα στο περιβάλλον του. Πρόκειται για ένα συμμετρικό κτίριο με κύρια ιδέα ενός φύλλλου στην κάτοψη, το οποίο αναπτύσσεται τρισδιάστατα σε μια ασύμμετρη φόρμα. Η οροφή μετατρέπεται σε φυτεμένο δώμα και γίνεται μία από τις σημαντικές παραμέτρους της λύσης.
