Design of buildings with Near Zero Energy Building on South EU Countries

HandS has in its Dynastic scholars and trainers for building design based on South nZEB. The term almost Zero Energy Building (nZEB) means a building that has very high energy performance. The virtually nil or very low amount of energy required must be covered to a very large extent by energy from renewable sources, including energy from renewable energy sources produced in the area or near increased energy benefits for the building and its occupants.

Hands team provites mediations throuth Registered Mediator By Law No 159(I) 2012. Mediation is an alternative, friendly method of dispute resolution, and is used to resolve commercial and other disputes in a peaceful, efficient, fast and economical way. It has been recognized as the most successful process by all dispute resolution methods, including the judicial process. Especially with regard to the judicial route, which is time consuming and often expensive, especially in Cyprus, mediation is often offered as a substitute for court trials because of its obvious advantages.

ARBITRATIONS FOR TRADE DISPUTES

HandS team offers arbitration services for commercial disputes. Arbitration is an alternative way of resolving disputes as a form of "legal self-regulation", which aims at speeding up the administration of justice, giving stakeholders the initiative in the very process of awarding it. The parties may, by agreement, choose arbitrators, the place and language of the arbitration procedure, the law applicable to the dispute, etc., which are specific to the subject-matter of the dispute to be resolved. Therefore, arbitration is the conventionally chosen binding litigation by a private judge instead of ordinary courts. The arbitral tribunal issues a binding decision at the end of the proceedings, which produces res judicata and enforceability, such as the judgments of the state courts. Subject to compliance with the rules ensuring a fair trial and those rules to which the parties may agree, the arbitrators shall not be bound by the rules of procedural law..
